What we do

Specialists in lost wax casting for model train and marine modelling.

Trains and ships.

We currently cast parts for all sizes and types of kits.

Modern Locomotive to traditional steam engines.

Period sailing ships and galleons to steam ships and modern aircraft carriers.

We can elevate the quality of an existing kit from white metal parts to brass, bronze and nickel silver, which produce light weight parts (due to absence of metals containing lead) with a much greater strength.

The strength of the metal can be a critical factor when casting propellers, rudders, anchors and other structurally important components.

One of the major benefits to casting certain items in bronze, brass or nickel silver is that the parts can easily work hardened to increase their strength.

All the parts can then be painted or can be plated up to produce a high polish finish subject to preference.

Specialist castings.
